The Art Gallery of Ontario (“AGO”) seeks an exclusive (with some exceptions) Audio Visual provider to facilitate all audio visual components for external events business and some internal events. This includes, but is not limited to, assisting in the sales process, creating detailed estimates for clients, participating in on-site client meetings, installing and operating audio visual equipment, liaising with the Banquet Manager and clients on site, following up as required, and invoicing.
Conditions of participation:
Bidders who cannot meet these requirements will not be considered further.
• Must maintain or be willing to maintain Toronto-based warehousing and offices.
• Minimum five (5) years’ experience in the AV live event industry, providing, installing, integrating, and maintaining AV equipment.
• Owns own equipment – not reliant on cross rentals.
• Commitment to customer response and customer service.
