The Art Gallery of Ontario requires a general contractor provide all materials, equipment, labour, and supervision for our McLean Centre Renovation Project. The McLean Centre is a 7,273 square foot gallery space on the second level of the Art Gallery of Ontario's existing location (317 Dundas Street West, Toronto, ON, M5T 1G4).

The general scope of work will include but not be limited to the following:

Site protection;
Demolition;
Structural steel;
Mechanical;
Electrical;
Floor finishes;
Drywall;
Painting;
Miscellaneous metals.

The project will commence immediately upon award. Access to site will begin March 20, 2018 and the project shall be substantially completed by May 18, 2018. Total completion will be end of May 25, 2018.

This is an open procurement (no pre-qualified bidders list). The resulting contract will be CCDC 2 – Stip Sum. The budget is not disclosed.
