The Old Port of Montreal Corporation Inc. wishes to retain the services of a contractor for the works of « Renovation of the Belvedere corporate venue» located on the site of the Montreal science centre.

Please note that there will be an informational meeting followed by a visit of the site on December 4th, 2017 at 10:00 a.m.. The meeting location is at the Montreal Science centre's main entrance, in front of the ticketing desk.

Only persons, firms, companies or corporations that have obtained the tender document directly from MERX are authorized to bid.

The Old Port of Montreal Corporation Inc. reserves the right to reject any or all bids received.

Please note that we will hold a second site visit on Monday, December 11 at 1:30 pm, where all bidders can be accompanied to do this visit. Construction work on the King Edward parking lot being underway around the Belvedere, access is very limited. Since it is necessary to access via a construction zone where there is sandblasting on the ground, please wear construction boots, a helmet and appropriate clothing.
The meeting place is located at the main entrance of the Montréal Science Center, in front of the ticket office.
