The contractor shall provide complete planning, mechanical, electrical and construction services, contract/project coordination and supervision. This shall include but not limited to the management and professional planning services from a qualified person, phasing, construction and commissioning necessary to meet the technical requirements of the contract scope of work. Refer to the attached presolicitation notice for details.

All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 5.207. Therefore prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals. The guidelines for registration in SAM are also available at the above web address.
