EST September, 10, 2018 which is one day prior to the written proposal due date. No electronic proposals will be accepted after this time.
For this procurement action, prospective offerors must be registered under System for Award Management (SAM) in order to receive an award. Refer to Paragraph 7 of the solicitation.

The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting an acceptable quotations at the lowest price. We intend to award a contact based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies within the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
