DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The Canadian Black Scientists Network (CBSN) will host its 2nd annual Black Excellence in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics and Medicine (BE-STEMM) National Virtual Conference from February 1-4, 2023. The University of Toronto Scarborough is seeking a qualified planner to manage and deliver this virtual conference.
The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation. An electronic auction is not anticipated.

The University will base its selection of qualified suppliers on the following criteria:
Company Profile (40 points)
Approach to working with Not for Profit organizations (5 points)
Experience (5 points)
Production values, branding (5 points)
Elements likely to increase visits to sponsor/exhibitor areas/links (5 points)
Inclusion of all elements requested (10 points)
Interview with top 2-3 proponents (10 points)
Pricing (20 points)
