DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The University of Toronto Scarborough, on behalf of the Mobilizing Justice Partnership, is seeking a qualified Survey Recruitment Firm to recruit participants to complete a national survey on transport poverty.
The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation. An electronic auction is not anticipated.

The University will base its selection of qualified suppliers on the following criteria:
Experience and Qualifications (50%)
Methodology and Work Plan (30%)
Pricing (20%)
