The University will be conducting a Proponents Meeting: Pass/Fail
The Proponents Meeting will be held on April 7 at 10:00 am. Pre-registration is required.
Proponents are to extend invitations to an electrical and/or mechanical contractor.
Attendees are to meet the Project Manager inside the main entrance of the Science Wing Building (level 3) at the University of Toronto Scarborough, 1265 Military Trail, Toronto, ON M1C 1A4.
Proponents must bring and wear a safety harness during the Proponents Meeting.
All attendees must strictly adhere to the COVID-19 protocols and also wear face masks at all times while on campus.

Pre-registration Process
1. Proponents, and interested parties, such as mechanical and electrical subcontractors are to pre-register by emailing rick.pajor@utoronto.ca.
Include: i. company name
ii. attendee name
iii. a completed, and signed Appendix 5 - UTSC2022-06 Covid‑19 Acknowledgment Form ‑ for External Third Parties.
iv. a completed and signed Appendix 6 - UTSC2022-06 Rooftop Access Form
2. Confirmation will be communicated directly via email.
Proponents, and interested parties, such as mechanical and electrical subcontractors,are requested to pre-register by April 6 at 12:00 noon.
The Proponents Meeting is intended for Proponents and interested parties, such as electrical and mechanical sub-contractors, to carefully examine the site and note the conditions affecting the Work prior to the Submission Deadline.
