DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
Roof Replacement on the Social Sciences Building
The Facilities Management Department at the University of Toronto Scarborough (UTSC), requires a supplier of roofing services to replace the roof systems on the Social Sciences Building located at 1265 Military Trail, Toronto, Ontario M1C 1A4.

Work included is as follows:

removal, disposal and replacement of the roof systems

The procurement will not involve negotiation. An electronic auction is not anticipated.

CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION
The procurement is subject to the following conditions for participation: Proponents must achieve a minimum score of 70% on the technical submission rated category.
Proponents will adhere to the University of Toronto General Labour Conditions

APPLICABLE TRADE AGREEMENTS
This procurement is subject to the following trade agreement(s):
The Canadian Free Trade Agreement, Chapter Five
The Ontario-Quebec Trade and Cooperation Agreement, Chapter 9

CONTRACT DETAILS
One time only purchase of services for specified scope of work.
Milestone schedule:
Earliest project construction for general contractor: October 4, 2021
Substantial completion by November 1, 2021.

(b) Surety Agreement re 50% Performance Bond

(e)   A letter of good standing with Workplace Safety
       and Insurance Board (WSIB)                                 Pass / Fail
(f)   CCDC 11 – 2019 Contractors Qualification

(g) Meets Union Requirements                                     Pass/Fail
