DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The University is conducting a Request for Proposal on behalf of Facilities Management Department for roof inspection and maintenance and repair services. The procurement may involve negotiation. An electronic auction is not anticipated.

CONTRACT DETAILS
Initial term of three years with option to extend in one-year increments up to two years.

The University will base its selection of qualified suppliers on the following criteria:

Workforce and Resources (10%)
Proposed Services and Workplan (10%)
Pricing (50%)
Completed Contractors Safety Acknowledgement Form Pass / Fail
Proof of Insurance Pass / Fail
WSIB Certificate Pass / Fail
Letter of Understanding with Sheet Metals Union
