Description:
The RFP is an invitation to submit offers for the provision of a Rental Agreement for Event Tent - 40’ x 80’ Arch Top White Clearspan Structure and Accoutrement Package. The successful proponent will be responsible for the supply, delivery, and complete installation of the brand new tent and its support structure. The labour and materials of any pre-installation works (including but not limited to underground utilities locates and permit(s) or alterations to make the proposed site suitable) will be the responsibility of the successful proponent. The requirements will be further described in Appendix E – RFP Particulars – Section A - The Deliverables.

Delivery Date:

At the end of the evaluation process, the University of Toronto Scarborough may identify one or more proponents with whom it wishes to enter into negotiations, by written notification.
