Description:
This Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is an invitation by Facilities Management, University of Toronto Scarborough (UTSC) on behalf of The Governing Council of the University of Toronto (the “University”) to prospective Proponents to submit Proposals for the provision of a 60 BHP Capacity Low Volume Steam Boiler or Boilers Package and relocation of the existing 200 Hp Steam Boiler from present location in the Environmental Science and Chemistry Building to the main campus steam plant as further described in Part 2 – The Deliverables (the “Deliverables”).

Duration of Agreement:
The term of the agreement is to be for a period of one year, with option to extend up to additional 5 years.
 
Negotiation:
At the end of the evaluation process, the University of Toronto Scarborough may identify one or more proponents with whom it wishes to enter into negotiations, by written notification.
 
Responses must be submitted in English.
