DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The University is conducting a Request for Proposal for Project and Portfolio Management Solution which includes PPM tool and process design professional services.
The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation.  An electronic auction is not anticipated.  
 
ADDRESS AND FINAL DATE FOR SUBMISSIONS
Submissions must be submitted electronically at https://utoronto.bonfirehub.ca/ on or before February 11, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. (local time).
The submissions will not be opened publicly.
 
CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION
The procurement is subject to the following conditions for participation
Proponents must achieve a score of 70% for particular technical requirements as described in the RFP document.
 
APPLICABLE TRADE AGREEMENTS
This procurement is subject to the following trade agreement(s):
The Canadian Free Trade Agreement, Chapter Five
The Ontario-Quebec Trade and Cooperation Agreement, Chapter 9
 
CONTRACT DETAILS
Three years
 
EVALUATION CRITERIA
The University will base its selection of qualified suppliers on the following criteria:
Technical Requirements (45%) and must achieve 70% for some requirements.
Pricing (30%)
Top three proponents will be invited to do a demonstration
Demonstration (25%)
Following pass/fail based on particular requirements listed in RFP.
