DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The Facilities Management Department at the University of Toronto Scarborough is seeking proposals for the supply and delivery of one Loader Backhoe and attachments
The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation.  An electronic auction is not anticipated.
