Description:
This Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is an invitation by Communications and Public Affairs, University of Toronto Scarborough on behalf of The Governing Council of the University of Toronto (the “University”) to prospective Proponents to submit Proposals for the provision of Magazine Art Direction, Design and Production, as further described in Part 2 – The Deliverables (the “Deliverables”).
UTSC Commons is the campus and alumni magazine produced by the University of Toronto Scarborough.
The University is seeking proposals for the art direction, design and production of six issues of UTSC Commons. The magazine is printed twice a year (Spring and Fall), so the quotation is to be executed over a three-year period. There is an option in favour of the University to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for an additional term of up to two years (four issues).

Time-Frame for Delivery/Duration of Agreement:
Fall issue of magazine to be completed and released in August 2018. Initial term of agreement will be for three (3) years, with option to extend for additional two year term.
Negotiation:
At the end of the evaluation process, the University of Toronto Scarborough may identify one or more bidders with whom it wishes to enter into negotiations, by written notification.
Responses must be submitted in English.
