This Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is an invitation by the University of Toronto Scarborough Campus Facilities Management Department on behalf of The Governing Council of the University of Toronto (the “University”) to prospective Proponents to submit Proposals for the provision of Installation of Geothermal Field, as further described in Part 2 – The Deliverables (the “Deliverables”).
The scope of this RFP covers the design and installation of a direct geo-exchange ground heat exchanger system.

At the end of the evaluation process, the University of Toronto Scarborough may identify one or more bidders with whom it wishes to enter into negotiations, by written notification.
