This Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is an invitation by Information and Instructional Technology Services, at the University of Toronto Scarborough on behalf of The Governing Council of the University of Toronto (the “University”) to prospective proponents to submit Proposals for the provision of ITSM consulting and Cherwell implementation professional services as further described in Part 2 – The Deliverables (the “Deliverables”).

Conditions for Participation:
Proponent must deliver Cherwell Implementation Services using in-house employees. Subcontracting of ITSM Consulting portion of the RFP is permitted. However, the selected Proponent remains the single point of contact for the project and solely responsible for the performance of its subcontracted partner. Having successfully implemented ITSM in at least one University or College environment within the US or Canada.
