This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) issued by the Facilities Management Department of University of Toronto Scarborough (UTSC) on behalf of The Governing Council of the University of Toronto (the “University”) is an invitation to submit non-binding offers for the provision of three hot water or glycol heating boilers as further described in Appendix A.
