DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The University is conducting a Request for Proposal for the provision of Glycol Chiller Replacement in Joan Foley Hall. The procurement not anticipated to involve negotiation.  An electronic auction is not anticipated.

The University will base its selection of qualified suppliers on the following criteria:
Experience and Qualifications (10%)
Specifications and Application  (30%)
Delivery and Leadtime (10%)
Pricing (50%)
