Description:
This Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is an invitation by Campus Safety and Security, University of Toronto Scarborough (UTSC) on behalf of The Governing Council of the University of Toronto (the “University”) to prospective Proponents to submit Proposals for the provision of Fire Safety Equipment Inspection Services, as further described in Part 2 – The Deliverables (the “Deliverables”).
Equipment to be inspected includes fire alarm systems, specialized suppression systems, sprinkler systems, fire extinguishers, hydrants and kitchen hoods

Duration of Agreement:
The term of the agreement is to be for a period of two (2) years, with an option in favour of the University to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for an additional term of up to three (3) years in one (1) year increments
Negotiation:
At the end of the evaluation process, the University of Toronto Scarborough may identify one or more proponents with whom it wishes to enter into negotiations, by written notification.
Responses must be submitted in English.
