Description:
This Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is an invitation by UTSC Office of the Principal & Vice President on behalf of The Governing Council of the University of Toronto (the “University”) to prospective Proponents to submit Proposals for the provision of event planning services to support the overall management for the events for the review of the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 (AODA). Deliverables include but not limited to event design, onsite event management, venue booking, project management of venue logistics and coordinating accessibility services with service providers, as further described in Appendix E – RFP Particulars – Section A. The Deliverables.
