DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The University is conducting a Request for Proposal for Environmental Consultant.
Environmental Consultant to provide engineering services for the following projects: 1. Instructional Centre 2; 2. Indigenous House; 3. Parking Garage; 4. Arts Centre (collectively the "Projects") Services of an Environmental, Geotechnical and Hydrogeological Consultant who will perform environmental, geotechnical and hydrogeological review of the development sites to allow the Projects to progress through City of Toronto approval's and ultimately be constructed.
The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation. An electronic auction is not anticipated.

The submissions will not be opened publicly.

The procurement is subject to the following conditions for participation.
Member of Good Standing of the Professional Engineers Ontario Pass/Fail
APPLICABLE TRADE AGREEMENTS
This procurement is subject to the following trade agreement(s):
The Canadian Free Trade Agreement, Chapter Five
The Ontario-Quebec Trade and Cooperation Agreement, Chapter 9
The Canada-European Comprehensive Economic Trade Agreement
CONTRACT DETAILS
Will commence upon effective date and continue for a term of three years from original work to project completion.
EVALUATION CRITERIA
The University will base its selection of qualified suppliers on the following criteria:
Experience and Qualifications (40%)
Dedicated Key Personnel (15%)
Ability to Meet Time Constraints (15%)
Pricing (30%)
Member of Good Standing of the Professional Engineers Ontario Pass/Fail
