DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The Facilities Management Department requires diesel storage tank upgrade in the Science Wing building at the University of Toronto Scarborough. This includes removal of an existing 450KVA diesel generator and installation of 2 new double wall vertical diesel storage tanks and accessories. The procurement not anticipated to involve negotiation.  An electronic auction is not anticipated.

The submissions will not be opened publicly.

CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION
The procurement is subject to the following conditions for participation: Proponents must achieve a minimum score of 70% of each rated criteria category, 1 through 3.
Proponents will adhere to the University of Toronto General Labour Conditions
