Consulting Services for Landscape and Public Realm Master Plan at the University of Toronto Scarborough. 
The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation.  An electronic auction is not anticipated.

The University will base its selection of qualified suppliers on the following criteria:
Project Understanding (15%)
Proponent Experience (40%)
Methodology and Approach   (25%)
Pricing (20%)
Interview (50%)
