DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The University of Toronto Scarborough (UTSC) invites proposals from Proponents and/or Proponent Teams with demonstrated experience developing Housing Master Plans for post-secondary institutions to prepare a Housing Master Plan for the UTSC Campus.

The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation. An electronic auction is not anticipated.

Submissions must be submitted electronically at

on or before June 15, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. (local time).
The submissions will not be opened publicly.

CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION
The procurement is subject to the following conditions for participation. N/A

APPLICABLE TRADE AGREEMENTS
This procurement is subject to the following trade agreement(s):
The Canadian Free Trade Agreement, Chapter Five
The Ontario-Quebec Trade and Cooperation Agreement, Chapter 9
The Canadian-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA)x

CONTRACT DETAILS
Approximately three to four months or until project completion.

EVALUATION CRITERIA
The University will base its selection of qualified suppliers on the following criteria:
Project Understanding (10%)
Proponent Experience (15%)
Methodology and Approach (55%)
Pricing (20%)
Interview (50%)
