DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The University is conducting a Request for Proposal for Cleaning Services for Student Housing & Residence Life and Conference Services. The procurement is not anticipated to involve negotiation. An electronic auction is not anticipated.

The submissions will not be opened publicly.
CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION
The procurement is subject to the following conditions for participation:
Attend Proponents site Meeting, April 23, 2019 at 12:00 p.m. Pass / Fail
Proponents must use Unionized labour Pass / Fail

This procurement is subject to the following trade agreement(s):
The Canadian Free Trade Agreement, Chapter Five
The Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement, Chapter 19
The Ontario-Quebec Trade and Cooperation Agreement, Chapter 9]
CONTRACT DETAILS
Contract Term: Five (5) years with the option to extend for three (3) additional years in one (1) year increments. First year commencing July 1, 2019 until April 30, 2020. Subsequent years, staring May 1st to April 30th.
EVALUATION CRITERIA
The University will base its selection of qualified suppliers on the following criteria:
Experience and Qualifications (30%)
Completeness of Specifications (20%)
Pricing (50%)
