DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The Facilities Management Department and Design and Construction Management Department at the University of Toronto Scarborough Campus is seeking qualification of civil work contractors for three projects: creation of a temporary gravel parking lot; preparation of site for installation of a geodome and residence infill of service road.

EVALUATION CRITERIA
The University will base its selection of qualified suppliers on the following criteria:
CCDC 11 – Contractor’s Qualification Statement, Pass / Fail
Contractors Safety Acknowledgement Form, Pass / Fail
WSIB Certificate, Pass / Fail
Certificate of Insurance, Pass / Fail
Letter of good standing from a Canadian chartered bank, Pass / Fail
Surety letter stating single and aggregate bonding limits, Pass / Fail
Three reference contacts from three relevant projects, Pass / Fail
Resumes of personnel proposed for the project including key site staff Pass /Fail
Company Information & Ability to Carry Out Project (15)
