DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
Center for Teaching & Learning Interior Renovation Project
Design and Construction Management requires General Contracting services for the interior renovation of 611.48 sq metres of office and teaching space located in ARC Building.
The project involves the interior renovation of a number of spaces throughout the ARC Building to accommodate the growth of the Center for Teaching and Learning, and also to consolidate and centralize their operations to better serve students and faculty.
The procurement will not involve negotiation.  An electronic auction is not anticipated.

The submissions will not be opened publicly.

CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION
The procurement is subject to the following conditions for participation:
Proponents must achieve a minimum score of 70% of each rated criteria category, 1 through 3.
Proponents will adhere to the University of Toronto General Labour Conditions

CONTRACT DETAILS
One time only purchase of services for specified scope of work.
Milestone schedule:
Earliest project construction for general contractor:  December 4, 2019
Substantial completion by May 29, 2020.
