DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The Facilities Management Department requires qualified contractor to perform Campus Window Cleaning Services for University of Toronto Scarborough.  The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation.  An electronic auction is not anticipated.

The Canadian Free Trade Agreement, Chapter Five
The Ontario-Quebec Trade and Cooperation Agreement, Chapter 9

CONTRACT DETAILS
Two year contract, with option to extend for two years (in one year increments).
EVALUATION CRITERIA
The University will base its selection of qualified suppliers on the following criteria:
Proponent Experience and Team (20%)
Methodolgoy and Approaches (20%)
Safe Work Practices (20%)
Pricing (40%)
