DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The University is conducting a Request for Proposal for Campus Network Switches and Support for UTSC. The goods and services include five (5) Cisco 3850-12S Switches, 27 Cisco 3850-12X48U-L switches, five (5) Cisco 3650-48FZM, 18 Cisco 2960CX-8PC-L switches, and other smaller equipment as listed. Support is to be provide by the partner equivalent to the Cisco part numbers listed.
The procurement is not anticipated to involve negotiation. An electronic auction is not anticipated.
ADDRESS AND FINAL DATE FOR SUBMISSIONS
Submissions must be submitted electronically at https://utoronto.bonfirehub.ca/ on or before October 26, 2018 at 2:00:00 pm (local time).
The submissions will not be opened publicly.
CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION
The procurement is subject to the following conditions for participation:
Cisco Gold Partner Status is Pass/Fail requirement
Cloud and Managed Services Master Certification is Pass/Fail requirement

This procurement is subject to the following trade agreement(s):

CONTRACT DETAILS
Delivery is expected three weeks from receipt of order. Order should be issued last week of October.

Cloud and Managed Services Master Certification – Pass/Fail
Partner Support Offering - 10 points
Financial Submission
Price - 90 points
Total - 100 points
