This Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is an invitation by the Office of Business, Operations and Strategic Affairs, University of Toronto Scarborough on behalf of The Governing Council of the University of Toronto (the “University”) to prospective Proponents to submit Proposals for the provision of architectural services for design consultation, design development, municipal permitting, tender, construction administration and construction documentation for a proposed 3500 square foot Sports Medicine Clinic, as further described in Appendix E – RFP Particulars – Section A. The Deliverables.

Delivery Date:

Duration of Agreement:
The term of the agreement is to be for a period of four (4) months (Phase 1) and Eight (8) months (Phase 2) with an option in favour of the University to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for an additional term of up to four (4) months (Phase 1 and 2).
Negotiation:
At the end of the evaluation process, the University of Toronto Scarborough may identify one or more proponents with whom it wishes to enter into negotiations, by written notification.
Responses must be submitted in English.
