In general, Project scope includes, but is not limited to the following:
Removal and disposal of existing:
- canopy, signage, and associated lighting above the main entrance,
- granite pylon, signage, base, and associated footing,
- concrete signage plinth
- stainless steel logo and lettering from glazing and other signage
- gutter and downspout
Installation of new:
- Concrete paving to match existing (in place where plinth was removed) and saw-cuts
- signage
- Reinstall automatic door operator
