Description

The University of Toronto (the “University”) is issuing this Request for Quotation (“RFQ”) so that Vendors may provide the University with quotations (the “Quotation”) for the supply of Building Survey Services (the “Project”).

This RFQ will be posted in accordance with the date as noted in Section 1.2. It is incumbent upon the Vendors to check for any and all addenda or clarifications which are posted after the RFQ has been issued.

A description of the scope of products and services is as follows:

To investigate the existing mechanical and electrical infrastructure as highlighted in the attached floor plans, document them and provide a set of as-built drawings for all floors - basement, first, second, attic and roof. Prepare floor plans to indicate the locations of the equipment with name plate information, layout on pipe/ductwork/equipment dimensions and riser diagrams.
