Description

The University of Toronto is seeking responses to this RFP from Architects for professional services for a Retail Feasibility Study of the retail podium at the Yonge-Charles Tower, 730 Yonge Street, currently known as ‘The Charles Promenade’. The University is intersted in reviewing alternatives for the revitalization of the ground floor retail, the second floor offices and the perimeter exterior landscape of the ground floor to improve the podium’s overall presence and make it more compatible with the general revitalization of the area. Based upon the considered outcomes of the Retail Feasibility Study, the University may enact an option to continue on with the successful Proponent to complete the balance of professional services (design development through contract administration).
