Description

The University of Toronto is planning the design and construction of a new 185 bed graduate residence on the north side of Harbord Street, between Spadina Avenue and Huron Street. The project is proposed to be a 10,000 SQM, 8-storey structure envisioned as an operational extension of the existing Graduate House located west of the site across a laneway.

The University is seeking to shortlist 4 to 5 individual design-oriented architectural practices. Successful (shortlisted) Respondents will receive the comprehensive RFP (Stage 2) for full design and technical consultation services.
