The University of Toronto (the “University”) is issuing this Request for Quotation (“RFQ”) so that Vendors may provide the University with quotations (the “Quotation”) for the supply, delivery, and installation of furniture for the JICS Expansion Project (the “Project”).
This RFQ will be posted in accordance with the date as noted in Section 1.2. It is incumbent upon the Vendors to check for any and all addenda or clarifications which are posted after the RFQ has been issued.
A description of the scope of products and services is as follows:
Supply and installation of furniture for a new building addition which includes, classroom, office and support areas spread over 4 floors. Furniture items include tables, chairs, modular case goods, storage cabinets and lounge furniture.
The University intends to award a contract to a Vendor(s) that is able to establish a contractual relationship with a qualified supplier that can best provide the University with the JICS Expansion Project as described in the Project Overview. However, the University reserves the right to reject any or all Quotations, in whole or in part, submitted in response to this RFQ. The University reserves the right to make no award and to modify or cancel, in whole or in part, this RFQ.
