Description

To provide geotechnical, geo-environmental and geo-physical engineering and other related services to provide advisory design/specification and compliance monitoring services in support of the construction of a new below grade structure and related site work.

Specifically, the RFP deliverables will be a Hydrogeological Review for the areas within the Project boundary. The Hydrogeological Review for the purposes of detailed design of the Landmark of Landscape Quality project, in compliance with new City of Toronto Ground Water Regulations, and required for submission with the Project’s regulatory applications (specifically Site Plan Application and Zoning By-law Amendment).
