Request for Quotation for Furniture for the Ramsay Wright Phase 3.
The University of Toronto (the “University”) is issuing this Request for Quotation (“RFQ”) so that Vendors may provide the University with quotations (the “Quotation”) for the Ramsay Wright Phase 3 (the “Project”).
This RFQ will be posted in accordance with the date as noted in Section 1.2. It is incumbent upon the Vendors to check for any and all addenda or clarifications which are posted after the RFQ has been issued.
A description of the scope of products and services is as follows:
This project is the 3rd phase of renovations in the Ramsay Wright Building. The renovation creates 6 research labs with internal support spaces, a teaching lab and a seminar room. The RFQ provides for furniture for this programme.
The University intends to award a contract to a Vendor(s) that is able to establish a contractual relationship with a qualified supplier that can best provide the University with the Furniture as described in the Project Overview. However, the University reserves the right to reject any or all Quotations, in whole or in part, submitted in response to this RFQ. The University reserves the right to make no award and to modify or cancel, in whole or in part, this RFQ.
