Description:
This Request for Supplier Qualification is an invitation to qualify to participate, by way of invitational second stage competitive processes, in residential construction projects at the University of Toronto as contractors entered on to a Residential Construction/Renovations Sector prequalification list. The University will use the Prequalified List to select contractors that supply general contracting services to bid as prime contractor on the University’s various residential construction projects.

Submission Deadline:
The Closing Date shown in the project listing is the date when the RFSQ posting is completed on the tendering sites. While there is no submission deadline, applicants are encouraged to submit their completed applications and required documents to the University as soon as possible as projects are quickly approaching.

Time-Frame for Delivery/Duration of Agreement:
The term of inclusion on the Prequalified List shall be thirty-nine (39) months from the date of notification.

There are no negotiations for this procurement.

This process does not involve an electronic auction.
Supplier Prequalification:
Only suppliers on the prequalified list will receive further notices of procurement covered by the list.

Responses must be submitted in English.
