The University of Toronto (the “University”) is issuing this Request for Quotation (“RFQ”) so that Vendors may provide the University with quotations (the “Quotation”) for the Dentistry Wet Lab Reno - Phase 1 Moving Services (the “Project”).
This RFQ will be posted in accordance with the date as noted in Section 1.2. It is incumbent upon the Vendors to check for any and all addenda or clarifications which are posted after the RFQ has been issued.
A description of the scope of products and services is as follows:
The scope of this RFP involves the moving of offices and laboratory equipment from various locations throughout the building into the new laboratory and office spaces on the fifth floor and south wing of the fourth floor.
The University intends to award a contract to a Vendor that can best provide the University with the services as described in the Project Overview. However, the University reserves the right to reject any or all Quotations, in whole or in part, submitted in response to this RFQ. The University reserves the right to make no award and to modify or cancel, in whole or in part, this RFQ.
