Event Note

Proponents are required to attend a site tour on February 28, 2018 from 9:30am to 11:00am. Assemble in the lobby of the FitzGerald Building, 150 College Street (west entrance off CCBR Building forecourt). The purpose of the tour is to provide all Proponents with an opportunity to view the existing conditions of the Project. Any questions arising from the Site tour are to be submitted in writing subsequent to the tour. The University will maintain a record of attendance of the Site Tour.
NOTE: Proposals of Proponents who do not attend the Mandatory Site Tour at the scheduled date and time will be disqualified from the RFP process.

Proponents are to submit one (1) original, ten (10) hard copies and one (1) electronic copy (.pdf format on disk or USB) of the Proposal in an opaque sealed envelope bearing the Proponent’s name and return address, together with the Project name and number and the words “Proposal Submission P025-18-008: Revitalization of the FitzGerald Building” clearly marked. Key components of the proposal are listed in Part E: Submission Requirements.
Proposals shall be delivered to the address noted below before 3:00:00 PM on, March 20, 2018 (the “Submission Deadline”):
