Event Note

Proponents are required to attend a site tour on October 11, 2017 at 2:30PM.

Assemble in the Lobby on the 2nd floor of Robarts Library, NE corner, in front of the Faculty of Information Entrance.

The purpose of the tour is to provide all Proponents with an opportunity to view the existing conditions of the Project.

Any questions arising from the Site Tour are to be submitted in writing subsequent to the tour.

NOTE: Proposals of Proponents who do not attend the Mandatory Site Tour at the scheduled date and time will be disqualified from the RFP process.

The University will maintain a record of attendance of the Site Tour.
