DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The University is conducting an RFP for Ultra-high Performance Liquid Chromatography Tandem Mass Spectrometer (UHPLC-MS/MS)
The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation. An electronic auction is not anticipated.
