DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The University is conducting a RFSQ for Supply of Apple Products. The University is seeking Qualified Suppliers to supply Apple products and services for operational, teaching and research purposes. Apple products and services purchased through the resulting agreements WILL NOT BE RESOLD by any of the institutions.

The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation. An electronic auction is not anticipated.

ADDRESS AND FINAL DATE FOR SUBMISSIONS
Submissions must be submitted electronically at https://utoronto.bonfirehub.ca/ on or before Monday, October 31, 2022 (2:00 PM local time). The submissions will not be opened publicly.

CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION
The procurement is subject to the following conditions for participation: Not Applicable

This procurement is subject to the following trade agreement(s):

The Canadian Free Trade Agreement, Chapter Five
The Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement, Chapter 19
The Ontario-Quebec Trade and Cooperation Agreement, Chapter 9

CONTRACT DETAILS
Term is 3 years

PREQUALIFICATION
The University intends to select up to five (5) qualified suppliers for the purposes of establishing a qualified supplier list (“QSL”). The period of validity of the QSL is three (3) years.
