DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The University is conducting an RFSQ for Real Estate Brokerage Services
The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation. An electronic auction is not anticipated.

Submissions must be submitted electronically at https://utoronto.bonfirehub.ca/ on or before Thursday, August 25, 2022 (2:00 PM local time). The submissions will not be opened publicly.

CONTRACT DETAILS
Term is 4 years

PREQUALIFICATION
The University intends to add supplier[s] to a qualified supplier list (“QSL”). The period of validity of the QSL is 4 years. Future requests for supplier qualification with respect to the QSL will be published on an annual basis
