DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The University is conducting an RFP-SSR for OISE Active Learning Lab CFI Slotta . The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation.  An electronic auction is not anticipated.

CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION
The procurement is subject to the following conditions for participation. 
The University will evaluate the Tenders based on Lowest Tender price

This procurement is subject to the following trade agreement(s):
The Canadian Free Trade Agreement, Chapter Five
The Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement, Chapter 19
The Ontario-Quebec Trade and Cooperation Agreement, Chapter 9

CONTRACT DETAILS
5 months contract (the “Term”).
Estimated commencement date: October 20, 2022
Estimated Completion: March 23, 2023
