DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The University is conducting an RFP for Microfluidic system for micro and nanoparticle synthesis. The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation. An electronic auction is not anticipated.

CONTRACT DETAILS
One (1) year base term with option to extend for two additional terms of one year each.
