Note that in order to receive all procurement documents, prospective suppliers will be obliged to execute a confidentiality agreement in accordance the terms of the procurement documents.

DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The University is conducting an RFP for Light Sheet Microscopy System.
The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation. An electronic auction is not anticipated.

ADDRESS AND FINAL DATE FOR SUBMISSIONS
Submissions must be submitted electronically at https://utoronto.bonfirehub.ca/ on or before Wednesday, January 05, 2022 (2:00 PM local time). The submissions will not be opened publicly.

CONTRACT DETAILS
A term of one (1) year with the option to extend for an additional six (6) years.
