DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The University is conducting an RFQ for IBM Software Subscription Renewal for Application Management Services (AMS)

University of Toronto Enterprise Applications and Solutions Integration (EASI) Department is looking to renew IBM software subscription for Application Management Services (AMS).

The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation. An electronic auction is not anticipated.

ADDRESS AND FINAL DATE FOR SUBMISSIONS
Submissions must be submitted electronically at https://utoronto.bonfirehub.ca/ on or before Thursday, February 23, 2023 (2:00 PM local time). The submissions will not be opened publicly.

CONTRACT DETAILS
The term of Agreement is intended to be for one (1) year with option to extend for an additional two (2) periods of up to one (1) year each.

The University will base its selection of qualified suppliers on the following criteria:
