DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The University is conducting an RFP for Endpoint Protection Platforms
The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation. An electronic auction is not anticipated.
This is a multi-award RFP, where the University will evaluate and award to one (1) or more Proponents with a possibility of up to two (2) awards to two (2) different Proponents. For each Category, only one Proponent will be awarded.
The categories are as follows:
Category 1: Basic Security
Category 2: Enhanced & Advanced Security

Submissions must be submitted electronically at https://utoronto.bonfirehub.ca/opportunities/44641 on or before Tuesday, August 31, 2021 (2:00 PM local time). The submissions will not be opened publicly.

This procurement is subject to the following trade agreement(s):
- The Canadian Free Trade Agreement, Chapter Five
- The Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement, Chapter 19
- The Ontario-Quebec Trade and Cooperation Agreement, Chapter 9
CONTRACT DETAILS
Three (3) years with the option to extend for two (2) additional terms of one (1) year each
